My blog title means: from God and the King. It expresses two of my intellectual interests and a focus of this blog, religion and politics. Specifically I am Catholic and generally fall on the “paleo-conservative” side of things in politics. However, I plan on addressing other topics too.

Personally, I am a 29 year old teacher in NE Ohio and love my job. I have a BA in history and an MTS in theology. I am currently working on a post-Masters certificate in religious education from Felician College. I have a wonderful family and enjoy spending time with them. I participate in a variety of activities including golf, tennis, racketball, target shooting, reading, and writing.
